[12:04]<BC_Programming> haha awesome
[12:04]<BC_Programming> I got re-awarded for 2014
[12:20]<+camerongray> Sweet!
[12:33]<Craig> For MCSE?
[12:33]<Craig> Or what?
[12:34]<BC_Programming> MVP
[12:34]<Craig> Moon Victor Prize?
[12:34]<BC_Programming> "Most Valuable Professional"
[12:34]<Craig> Ahh with microsoft, :)
[12:34]<Craig> Congratz
[12:34]<Craig> What does that get you again?
[12:35]<BC_Programming> a few things, MSDN ultimate subscription that otherwise costs $11,000 is my favourite
[12:35]<BC_Programming> I also get stickers... hmm hard to decide which is better
[12:36]<Craig> HAHAHAHAHAHAHHA
[12:36]<Craig> Nicely done
[12:37]<Craig> How do you keep getting nominated?
[12:37]<BC_Programming> If you were awarded the previous year you are automatically nominated
[12:37]<Craig> Oh Cool,
[12:38]<Craig> And what do you do for them to win?
[12:38]<BC_Programming> As my trophy says, "We recognize and value your exceptional contributions to technical communities worldwide"
[12:39]<BC_Programming> so pretty much blog posts, reddit posts, forum posts at least in my case
[12:39]<Craig> :P
[12:54]<+camerongray> BC_Programming: Geek-9pm said you should get a job as a car salesman
[12:54]<+camerongray> Or something
[12:54]<BC_Programming> lol
[12:55]<BC_Programming> "Would putty like a job as a new car salesman?" what?
[12:55]<BC_Programming> I did like the "small mechanical devices are robust, just look at insects" idea he had, which sort of ignores how insects don't live very long lol
[12:59]<+camerongray> haha
[12:59]<+camerongray> Or how they are pretty easy to kill
[12:59]<+camerongray> He is totally teriffied of new technology
[12:59]<+camerongray> Like a one man army trying to scare people from using it
[12:59]<BC_Programming> Unless it uses Uranium
[13:00]<+camerongray> So many threads on new builds and he comments that SSDs are too expenisve, "Do not get an SSD".etc
[13:00]<+camerongray> And that they "Arent' affordable" for anything other than super expensive PCs
[13:00]<+camerongray> Funny thing is my Granny who is around the same age as him has an SSD and Windows 7 on her PC that I built for like £300
[13:11]<Craig> :P
